What is TaiChi?


TAICHI –  is a slow, rhythmic, and meditative body movements designed to enhance relaxation, inner calm, and peace.

NO PAIN, BIG GAIN - Taichi addresses the key components of fitness: muscle, strength, flexibility, balance, and aerobic conditioning.


Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion," but it might well be called "medication in motion.”
